Conditions When Booking
- Please complete the Health Questionnaire prior to your first visit, so we are aware of any health problems which may contra-indicate your treatment booked.
- Please inform your therapist of any changes to your medical record. Ensure you have read the pre and aftercare advice online. Your therapist will take you through your aftercare, we also have a full copy online to refer to.
- We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations to avoid charges this includes part cancellations and amendments. If it is less than 48 hours to your appointment and you are unable to attend there will be a standard cancellation fee of £15 per 30 minutes cancelled.
