To existing clients, you will need to REGISTER AS A NEW USER as this is a new online system
In just a few clicks you can select your therapist, date, time, see future and past bookings.
You will be sent a email confirmation if the booking has been successful and reminder three days prior. We require you to complete your personal details along with the general medical questionnaire to help us go paperless. We will also text you a reminder the day before.
We may send out our monthly offers from time to time and birthday promotions we certainly will not bombard you, please opt in to marketing if this is for you.
Online bookings cannot be amended online, you will need to call the salon to amend or cancel any bookings made.
We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations to avoid charges this includes part cancellations and amendments.
If it is less than 24 hours to your appointment and you are unable to attend, please call to amend, as this helps us free up space and we may be able to offer your appointment out to someone else if we have had enough notice.
All online bookings are made through a third party provider so terms and conditions may vary to booking directly with us.
