Premier Spa are not continuing with updating their programme. I believe we had to the end of the year to find another system. We have looked, and decided on SalonIQ. We will be transitioning over this coming Monday 22nd April. Please note we will be switching off online bookings on Friday 19th April while our system transfers, this will be off line for around two weeks while we make sure everything is in order before going back online. Thank you for your patience in advance.
A new link will be posted here when it is live, which you will have to re-register if you wish to make a new online booking. We believe the new system will be a superior and easier way of booking online compared to the existing booking system, so really hoping it will be worth the stress of transitioning! 15th April 2024

Please note we will have a price adjustment from 1st May 2024. This is inline with wage increases, the rising costs of overheads and product cost rises. We have seen increases from 10% to 30% across all areas, so this is unfortunately necessary to keep our small business open.


We may send out our monthly offers from time to time and birthday promotions we certainly will not bombard you, please opt in to marketing if this is for you.

We require 36 hours notice for all cancellations to avoid charges this includes part cancellations and amendments.
If it is less than 36 hours to your appointment and you are unable to attend there will be a standard cancellation fee of £15 per 30 minutes cancelled. We may be able to offer your appointment out to someone else if we have had enough notice, as in the busy periods we run a cancellation list. We want to be fair and will put the amount back on your account for you to use if we endeavour to fill it.
We have debated this for so long, and with many salons asking for full payment upfront, we still feel we don't want to do this, but with increasing cancellations, and being a very busy salon this costs us and our therapists dearly.

All online bookings are made through a third party provider so terms and conditions may vary to booking directly with us.
In just a few clicks you can select your therapist, date, time, see future and past bookings.
You will be sent a email confirmation if the booking has been successful and reminder the day prior to your appointment. We require you to complete your personal details along with the general medical questionnaire to help us go paperless. We will also text you a reminder the day before.
