Any reference to "we"/"us"/"our"/"Lavender Barn Beauty" in these Terms is a reference to Lavender Barn Limited.
Any reference to "you"/"your" means you, the user of the Website.
By accessing this Website or when you place orders to purchase any of the products on the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Any use of lavenderbarnbeauty.co.uk or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Lavender Barn. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these restrictions or if we suspect fraudulent account activity or behaviour. This shall not limit our right to take any other action against you that we consider appropriate.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
For orders fulfilled Lavender Barn, we accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees and agents. We do not seek to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents.
You have certain rights under the law. These include that any products supplied by us will be of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose. If we breach these Terms we shall only be liable for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such a breach, up to a maximum of the purchase price of your order. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time of entering into this agreement.
We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website. The site must not be used to harass, abuse, defames, or violate the rights of any other party. We have the right to cancel any user's participation of this site if it is deemed that the user has violated our terms.

REGISTERING AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
You must be over 16 to register for a customer account, subscribe to Lavender Barn emails and/or place an order with Lavender Barn.
By placing an order with us, you are confirming that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the products. If we discover that you are not legally entitled to order products, we will not be obliged to complete the order.
To order products using the Website, you can check out as a guest, or register for a customer account. Any personal data that you provide us with during the registration process will be stored in our database and may not need to be re-entered with each new order.
You will need to supply us via the online registration form with certain information including: your email address, first name, surname, password, billing address and, where applicable, different delivery address. Which will be stored in our customer database. You can access, update or correct your personal account details via the "Log In" section of the Website. We will only use the stored data in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be accessed here
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and email address and are responsible for all activities that are carried out under them. We do not have the means to check the identities of people using the Website and will not be responsible for losses suffered by you where your password or email address is used by someone else unless this is due to our negligence. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware or suspect any unauthorised use of your password or email address.

We do our best to ensure that information on the website is complete accurate and current. However despite our best efforts the information on the website may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. All specifications, products, descriptions and prices of products on the website are subject to change anytime and without notice. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display all attributes of the products, including any applicable colours. However the accurate colour will depend on your computer screen and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display these colours. While we take every care to make sure the product information displayed on our website is correct, product recipes are regularly changed. This may affect nutrition and allergen information therefore you should always check product labels and not rely solely on the information presented on the website.

The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in its production.

ORDERING PROCESS
Your order via our online purchase order form constitutes an offer to us to buy the products you select from the Website. All orders are subject to availability and to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order. All communications will be addressed to the email address you supply when you register.
Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, we will contact you to settle the refund.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on the next working day. Although we will not guarantee this, and may take longer in some circumstances. Orders received on a non-working day will be looked at on the next working day.
Our office opening hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.00pm.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices displayed at Lavender Barnbeauty.co.uk include the statutory Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge. Prices in store and online may vary.
Our VAT registration number is 275 0886 73
A breakdown of VAT will displayed at checkout.
We accept all major credit and debit cards(Visa, Mastercard etc.) through Stripe an online payment platform.
POSTAGE & DELIVERY
We use Royal Mail for our deliveries.
You may choose a delivery method. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If we are unable to deliver your order in full, we will hold back delivery until all products have arrived. You may of course choose to pick up at the salon, if preferred. For salon pick up will notify you when your order will be available by sending you the dispatched email.
For small parcels under £40 you may choose Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class
For small parcels over £40 you will be charged Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked48
For our flat small items purchased singularly, then you will be charge Royal Mail Large letter 1st Class
Mainland UK orders should be with you within 2-5 working days, all other districts may vary. If you have not received your order within this time period, please email hello@lavenderbarnbeauty.com.uk or call our reception team on 01772 431706
You are only responsible for the product when it is delivered to you.
If for any reason you do not receive your delivery, please note that we will only consider claims for lost items sent;
14 working days after the latest due date for UK orders
Additionally, we will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the product in any way (for example if there is obvious damage to the item from transport or packaging damaged during transport) please contact our reception team as soon as possible.
DELAYED / LOST ORDERS
Our delivery service will consider a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 working days for UK orders. Though it is highly unlikely deliveries to take this amount of time, we are unable to despatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
Lavender Barn is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.
RECIPIENT'S SIGNATURE
For security reasons, some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt of order. If you will not be at your usual address during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If you are unable to sign for your parcel, you should receive a card with written information on where and when you should collect it. If you do not collect your parcel within a specified timeframe (usually 7 days or after 3 delivery attempts), the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange with us for a new delivery and pay for the costs incurred in resending the parcel.
RETURNS
We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. If not, you have the right to return the product to us and receive a full refund, providing:
you notify us in writing that you are cancelling your purchase within 28 days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive the product;
you have taken reasonable care of the product prior to return - in particular this means they must not have been damaged. Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact. We recommend a photograph is taken of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned about damage during its return journey;
you may give us notice of cancellation by any written means (including email or letter)
Please return the Product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition. You are responsible for the return postage, and we will only refund return postage if the product is faulty or damaged in transit.
Please ensure that you also return any free gifts that are associated with your return items or the related order. If the free gift isn't returned, then we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift from your refund.
Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of returned products, or fail to return the product to us, we will be entitled to make a claim against you for any losses which we suffer.
Please note that we reserve the right not to accept orders from customers with unusual or suspicious returns behaviour.
NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS
Sales items and Samples cannot be returned. For reasons of hygiene, certain items such as unsealed mascaras, eyeliners, lip-glosses and deodorants etc are non-returnable unless they remain sealed or are faulty. We cannot accept returns of personised products. Please call us for more advice if needed.
